Hotel Indigo: Your stylish modern hotel is located outside of San José in Santa Ana, an upscale area near shopping, entertainment and spas. Unwind and enjoy the hotel's amenities, including a swimming pool, lounge and gymnasium. If you wish to explore the area, your Adventure Guides can make suggestions.

Dinner On Your Own: Tonight, you and your family can enjoy the hotel's excellent restaurant or ask your Adventure Guides to recommend nearby local dining. Get ready—tomorrow you will begin your expedition into beautiful and breathtaking Costa Rica!

Day 2 – Welcome Orientation and Breakfast
Kick off your week in the tropics with a festive private breakfast. Meet the other adventurous families that will share your journey through paradise!

Atlantic Aerial Tram Tour: Board a tram and fly above the lush rainforest in an exciting aerial tour that takes you over the tree tops! A local guide accompanies your family in each tram "basket," offering insights and answering questions about the stunning scenery.

Lunch at the Selva Tropical Restaurant: Stop at this restaurant for some filling fare at a buffet lunch and see the butterfly garden complete with tropical flowers.

The Trek to Tortuguero: Take a ride in a luxury coach to Caño Blanco Dock. Then climb aboard a river boat for an exclusive journey to tropical Tortuguero, where the green sea turtles nest each year from July to October. "Tortuguero" means "Land of the Turtles."

Arrive at Laguna Lodge: With its organic architecture and whimsical interiors, this rustic lodge is nestled in the leafy rainforest overlooking a brilliant sapphire lagoon.

Welcome Dinner: After your day of discovery, savor a festive welcome feast at the hotel arranged especially for Adventures by Disney Guests. Get into the groove with a calypso band when they join the festivities.

Day 3 – Tortugeuro National Park Tour
Sea turtles, toucans, sloths, white-headed capuchin monkeys and more inhabit the network of marshy islands that comprise this dazzling national park. Various habitats such as wetlands, canals and beaches weave together to create a vibrant tropical tapestry. With a local expert, take a privately guided boat tour of this remarkable place to explore the flora and fauna.

Visit to Sea Turtle Conservancy and Tortuguero Village: Travel by boat to the Sea Turtle Conservancy Group where you will learn about the renown naturalist, Archie Carr, and his work with the endangered green turtles. Next, visit Tortuguero Village to see how the locals live. Wander the pathways that wind through this peaceful place—there's not a car or motor bike to be found!

Lunch at the Hotel: A delicious lunch awaits you at the Laguna Lodge in its thatched roof restaurant as you eat with the other hotel guests.

Junior Adventurers Dinner: As junior adventurers enjoy a kid-friendly dinner with a video in the "El Caracol" room at the lodge, grownups share the day's adventures over a satisfying buffet meal in the hotel restaurant.

Junior Adventurers Movie Night and Optional Nature Walk: Junior Adventurers can cuddle up with their families for a private Disney movie presentation at the hotel. Guests can also opt to take a nighttime nature walk with a local expert to search for potential nesting sea turtles on the beach. See if you can spot the green turtles, giant leatherbacks, hawksbill or loggerhead turtles that nest on the nearby beaches.

Day 4 – Journey to Arenal
After your last breakfast at the Laguna Lodge, board the river boat once again to begin your two-hour journey to Caño Blanco Dock, where you will continue by luxury motor coach onto Sarapiqui.

Lunch at Rancho Roberto's Restaurant: Stop in route to Sarapiqui for a delicious lunch with your fellow Adventurers at this landmark restaurant before continuing on to the pineapple plantation.

Pineapple Plantation Tour: Learn to live off the land at a real working plantation! Discover Costa Rica's spirit of environmental respect and meet the people who live and work the earth every day. After the tour, continue onto Arenal!

Arrive at Arenal: Prepare yourself for the powerful sight of the Arenal volcano as its great plumes of smoke stroke the expansive sky and molten lava slithers down the steep slopes. It's a dramatic backdrop to the tranquil Hotel Arenal Manoa in La Fortuna, where your Adventure Guides will check you in upon arrival.

Dinner On Your Own: Once you are settled, explore this popular town's range of dining options. Your Adventure Guides are happy to make suggestions!

Day 5 – Sky Trek to Zip Linin
Ride through the rainforest in a luxury coach until you reach the Sky Tram, where you will climb inside a gondola that carefully carries you over the ancient emerald woods. Take in the extraordinary views and observe how the vegetation changes as your gondola rises up the mountain.

Zip Line Adventure: It's the adrenaline thrill of a lifetime! Strap on a harness, click onto suspended wires, and soar across the sky as you zip line through the rainforest treetops. Adventures by Disney has found the expert guides to make this an awesome adventure to remember.

Lunch On Your Own: After your high-speed ride through the wilds, tame your hunger with a hearty meal of Costa Rican cuisine.

Maleku Crafts Activity: Learn some traditional crafts from some local artisans. Get the family together and connect with the culture and your creative side -- you may even design a keepsake of your own! Hidalgo Hot Springs: Get whisked away to Hidalgo Hot Springs and immerse yourself in the soothing mineral water pools. These natural springs are heated by the Arenal volcano itself! So find a quiet corner and relax after the adventures of the day.

Dinner at Hidalgo Hot Springs: Sit down for a delicious evening meal of Costa Rican cuisine prepared in a traditional rustic kitchen, right there in the hot springs restaurant.

Day 6 – Sarapiqui White Water Rafting/Float Trip
Travel through the rainforest to the river for a wet and wild rafting adventure! Shoot down roaring rapids and bob over gushing waters as you glide by a forest full of exotic creatures. Enjoy a rafting adventure in Class 2-3 rapids or opt for a serene float trip on gentler waters.

Picnic Lunch: Top off your whitewater adventure with an unforgettable picnic on the bank of the river.

Afternoon Activities at Your Leisure: This afternoon is your opportunity to choose from enjoying the amenities at the Hotel Arenal Manoa to shopping in the town of La Fortuna.

Farewell Dinner: Celebrate all the friendships and adventures of your trip over a celebratory dinner accompanied by live music. Toast to all your newfound friends and the family memories you will cherish forever. Salud!

Enjoy an early last breakfast in paradise and say goodbye to your fellow Adventurers.
