Day 1 - Welcome to Cairo
Check in to Cairo’s finest boutique hotel, the Kempinski Nile.

Day 2 - A truly Great Pyramid and more!
Our expert Egyptologist brings the ancient world to life on today’s full day tour, including the Great Pyramids #WHS#, the Sphinx and the 4,600-year-old Solar Boat of King Cheops. A camel ride across the desert sands is a bit touristy, but we guarantee you’ll never forget the fun! Then travel to Memphis c, the site of Egypt’s ancient capital, to see the colossus of Ramses II and the beautiful Alabaster Sphinx. Continue on to Sakkara #WHS# and visit the country’s oldest standing stone structure, the Step Pyramid of King Zoser. Meals B

Day 3 - Old Cairo and the famed Egyptian Museum
Sightseeing continues today in Tahrir Square and the nearby Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, a perfect introduction to the many sites you’ll explore on your Nile cruise. Then ascend to the Citadel for commanding views over the city. See the impressive Mohammed Ali Mosque and tour the sites of Old Cairo #WHS#, finishing with time to browse in the bustling Khan el-Khalili bazaar. Meals B

Day 4 - Fly to Luxor #WHS# and step aboard the all-suites Alexander the Great

Day 5 - Exploring the fabled Valleys of the Kings and Queens

Day 6 - Ashore in Edfu and on to Kom Ombo

Following lunch and Afternoon Tea onboard, step ashore to explore the unusual dual-diety Temple of Kom Ombo, built on a picturesque bend in the Nile.
